FIERCE is offering environmentally-themed workshops for interested community members! We've invited experts in each of the following topics to present to you and give you the tools and knowledge to make your lifestyle a little bit "greener": home gardening and composting, energy conservation and waste reduction, and (more for students and teachers) starting school environmental programs.
A wide variety of entities will be present from various aspects of the environmental field, including transportation, energy, agriculture and food, park and wildlife, waste and water resources, pollution prevention, and outreach.
In addition, "green businesses" that make a meaningful effort to reduce their environmental impact will be attending!
Presenters include:
We are proud to announce that LEAF has met our fundraising goal to secure the StopWaste.org matching grant!
