Potatoes - anyone ?

Thanks to a donation from Reagans nursery we have a huge bag of California certified seed potatoes . We planted some today (Sunday Feb 28th ) at the UU garden and a few rows at the MWBC garden....and it barely made a dent.

Anyone wanting to plant potatoes, feel free to come by and pick some up.

The City of Fremont has approved our plans to build community gardens in the old Mission Adobe Nursery, but this plan is contingent on our ability to raise $30,000.
