Thanks for the opportunity

The Girl Scouts had a great time learning about seeds and planting.  They also enjoyed cleaning out the green house as part of the event.  Thanks for all the support and learning. DebContinue

I would like to have a meeting sometime soon to talk about what the next steps will be for the volunteer nursery operations. I have already swept one of the greenhouses and trimmed down the metal grates a little so we can get the ladder in there to open and close the vents etc.

Mike,  You are doing a great job getting the garden squared away. I am impressed with what you have gotten done so far.  Thanks,  Steve

SUPPORT LEAF

Help us grow!

The City of Fremont has approved our plans to build community gardens in the old Mission Adobe Nursery, but this plan is contingent on our ability to raise $30,000

If we can raise $15,000 from the local community, StopWaste.Org will provide us with a matching grant of $15,000.
