As it stands, there is no "rental" amount. The current owner would need to be contacted and persuaded to rent the land. This is what I am advocating. It would, indeed, take some finagling.

Ecology Daycare in Fremont

There is an ecology-based daycare provider in Fremont. Earth Creations run by Tara Smoot Nasmyth. I have no experience with her and know almost nothing, but it seems to be well reviewed. The fact that it exists at all is more interesting to me than anything else.See More
