Work Party! at Niles LEAF Center Garden

July 16, 2011 from 9:30am to 12:30pm
Hey guys, this Saturday (7/16) we will have another work party. The garden is coming along and we are getting more plants in the ground, but our work is never done! Come out this Saturday to help with planting more veggies, and killing more weeds. I hope to see you guys out there.

The FIERCE garden is on the left side of American High School (facing the school, that is). It's behind the red metal fence just after the student drop-off loop in front of the school. Right now it doesn't look like much as we just got started but you're more than welcome to stop by at any time! We usually work there early on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
FIERCE's gardening committee also expressed interest in helping middle and elementary schools start their own gardens once ours is established!
