On 10.10.10, people around the world will come together to do something about climate change. How will you get involved? One of our biggest impacts on the climate the way we grow and transport food. Eating locally grown, organic food makes a big difference. The only 350.org event in Fremont is at LEAF Center in Niles this Sunday. Join us for a class on seed saving at 1:30pm with Michael Joss, then a work party to prepare the site for fall planting. Please bring gloves, a hat, sunscreen and…See More

Hi folks.I spent some time adding content to my profile, a few pictures. I'd like them not to be part of the main site's pile, as that area is more pertinent to Nursery biz. If they do clutter up the message of the Nursery and goals of the group, let me know how to shift them over, or out of site, or off is ok too.Ok gotta go now, congrats to the board for pulling this together! ~ Mike McNevinSee More

Nice job on the pruning and the Argus!

I had EXTRA trains in Niles Sunday (an Amtrak ride that met with the steam trains). Sorry I missed the nursery event, but glad pruning went well in the rain! Congrats on the Argus coverage too, it read great - nice job. Keep up the great work ~ Mike

It is! Which seems to go against the laws of nature in this cold weather we are having... But I guess that's the great thing about having a virtual space when the physical space is otherwise unavailable, right?
